Fantastic apartment located in Colonia Condesa with 24/7 security, it is on the first floor so it has a private patio ideal for coffee in the mornings. Located in a very quiet street that has all the basic necessities such as restaurants and convenience stores. It has an incredible Roof Garden with one of the best views of Reforma, plus it can be used as a work area thanks to its 500mbps internet connection.

The space

It has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a fantastic stay.

It has a spacious living/dining room as well as basic cable service and the basic details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
Parking: If your property offers parking for guests, please be mindful of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block the property entrances, Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted zones. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking meters in several areas of the city. The Host is not responsible for damages, theft or incidents that may happen during the stay. No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation."
